I have been using ACE four over 20 years with great satisfaction. But special praise goes to technician Quenten who has done my service for the past several visits. He lets me know he’s on his way, is thorough in his inspections, keeps me posted on what he is checking, respects my property by covering his shoes and has a very pleasant disposition! He’s a real asset to the company!

Great, transparent, customer service and top notch work! JR and Jessie did a great job assessing the issue with our heat pump, patiently answering all questions, and providing information so my family could make an informed decision regarding a compression replacement. Jessie did a terrific job with the replacement work and went above and beyond kindly cleaning our outdoor heat pump. He was prompt, efficient, skilled and informative. It is rare to find a company where all of its employees, in and out of the office, demonstrate excellence, Ace is one of them. Thank you for the great service, honesty, prompt updates and information!

They were able to come out the same day I needed them when other companies were booked for weeks (beginning of summer). Very fast and efficient, fixed my AC in under an hour. Jessie my technician was fantastic and helped give me advice to keeping my system running longer and more efficient. Very good prices, would highly recommend!

Quinten was my service tech today, and he was wonderful! I called ACE after another company tried to scam me to buy a totally new system after an 'HVAC checkup.' They told me my whole system was trash and I needed a whole new system. I called ACE because I had heard good things about them (I should have called them first!) Quentin did a thorough check of my system and explained everything to me, including why the first company's recommendations were incorrect. He cleaned and tuned up my system to perfection! I will be a regular customer of ACE. Best in the business!!!

ACE Air Conditioning and Heating installed and has serviced my A/C and Heating for over 15 years, and has kept it running with no problems or issues in all that time. Their office staff and technicians have been uniformly friendly, professional, and helpful, with the technician who came out today a great example. Besides servicing the A/C, he had good suggestions for some questions I had. I highly recommend this company.
