Our furnace went out over the weekend so I waited to call this morning because we really didn't require an emergency call out. I expected a visit later in the week as I come to expect from service companies. However, John got a truck out to me early this afternoon. The techs were very polite, professional, and did an excellent job diagnosing and quickly repairing our issue. They also identified some minor issues from the original installation, corrected those, and provided a "tune-up" by going over the entire furnace. The cost of the visit was VERY, in fact surprisingly, reasonable. As someone with an above average familiarity with the trades, I am very impressed with their knowledge and proficiency as well as the overall service. And as I informed John during the follow-up call, All Star has definitely earned themselves a new customer. Disregard the negative reviews, they are obviously from ill-informed consumers who made the foolish mistake of wasting money on warranty companies.
