Curtis made a service call for my 20+ year old HVAC. He is knowledgeable and was very professional. I was already sure that its time was up and, after discussing the situation, he set me up with consultant to come out ASAP and discuss my options. I was set up with a new system within 48 hours. Many thanks to all who were so helpful! Update! On 19April, Garrett and Chris came out to replace my ancient HVAC! It was definitely a day long event but the results are amazing! And I couldn’t be more pleased. The guys were professional, friendly and super tidy. Replacing an HVAC system in a tiny closet on my condo balcony could not have super easy but their workmanship is top-notch. Many thanks and much appreciation as we head toward yet another hot Virginia summer!

I called Cardinal out to my home on 9/6 because my ac had stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer. The office staff was friendly and very empathetic to the situation. They got me scheduled for an appointment same day. When Cecil arrived, he was friendly and went straight to work diagnosing the issue. Unfortunately, it was not something he could fix same day since the system needed to be replaced. To my surprise and delight they arranged to have someone bring out portable units to help keep the house cool till the system was replaced. An hour later Curtis arrived with 2 portable units. He installed them quickly and made sure we understood how to use them before he left. Sergio and Gilbert arrived promptly at 9am on 9/8 to install the new system. By 3:30pm we had a new system, and the ac was running like a champ. I want to thank everyone at Cardinal for such an amazing experience during a stressful time. I would 100% recommend Cardinal Plumbing, Heating, & Air for all your hvac and plumbing needs.

Cardinal Heating & Air Inc always provides top quality service and Wilmer Martinez was excellent. He assessed my needs and determined the best way to solve my problem. The thermostat at my home was moved quickly and efficiently. I was happy to pay the reasonable charge. Wilber was courteous and articulate. He is a great addition to the Cardinal team. I will not hesitate to.call Cardinal again.

I want to say that Jake from Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air Inc company was very helpful in resolving my problem with the heating system in my house. I thought he was very professional. I think that he is a great example of what all employees emulate, and therefore I have no problem in recommending Jake for any plumbing work. So, Big thank you for your GREAT work!

Excellent service by Ramiro, he is very knowledgeable and did a thorough review and provided recommendations for our two heating units we were having issues with. Explanations were things I could understand and he even showed me pictures he took of inside the unit to show what he was referring to. I will 100% be using Cardinal in the future. The communication from all sides of the house was also fantastic.
