Comfort Professionals was founded in 1956 by Wilbur and Edna Jenkins. Family-owned and operated, we pride ourselves on our high service standards, and providing our clients with reliable products and peace of mind.
After the passing of Wilbur in September 1979, the Jenkins’ two children, Gary and Gloria, stepped in to continue on the family business and its good name. Gary had a son, Mark, who upon graduating was brought into the family business. Over the years, Mark worked his way through each area of the business from sweeping the shop floor to now running all of the day-to-day operations.
Gary, Gloria and Mark are all still involved with seeing this company continue to be what other companies strive for, and continue to operate with the same “hometown” values and traditions that Wilbur Jenkins offered his clients.

He was right on time this morning, and he clearly explained the potential cost of repairs so that there were no surprises. Andrew quickly diagnosed the issue of frayed wires within my HVAC unit, and the repair was done very efficiently and with minimal cost. I spoke with Mark Jenkins at Comfort Professionals and he sent a technician to my home who discovered some safety issues that resulted in my need for a new heat pump system. Mark provided a quote that was fair and answered all of my questions and concerns. Mark also honored their proposal price while allowing me to get my finances in order to proceed with the purchase. I would highly recommend Mark Jenkins and the Comfort Professionals TEAM who were wonderful throughout the entire process. They showed up on time, removed the old system, installed new system and were a pleasure to work with.

He gave us a heads up that eventually our upstairs heat and ac would go out —so we were prepared when it happened. They did a great job installing it and explaining. When we moved in to our house nearly 7 years ago we knew we were on borrowed time with our HVAC units, and recently had to have one replaced. Imagine my surprise when a lovely gift basket arrived shortly thereafter, with a note from Comfort Professionals thanking us for our business.! Joel S GOLDHAMMER5 StarCalled to report that our heat was out at 4PM. Andrew called us (after hours) to tell us we would hear from dispatcher early AM to tell us when a crew could come out. Mark called at 7AM to tell us that our crew was en route. Curtis and Jose arrived at 8AM, diagnosed the problem immediately, drove to Sterling and back with the new part and installed it in 15 minutes. They checked to be sure it was working and were on there way. Once again, Comfort Professionals were responsive, courteous, professional and competent.
