The technician that came out, Nathan, was fantastic. He arrived late afternoon on a Friday and was able to get our AC fixed within 2 hours. He had all the parts we needed on his truck and made sure our system was working better than ever. Both the individual I spoke with over the phone, to make a same day appointment, and Nathan were upfront about the cost and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend!

Doug saved us once again!! Woke up with a smell of smoke. Called and he was out to us within a few hours. Quickly diagnosed the issue and even drove to get the part and replaced it the SAME DAY!! We have an older furnace and he is always honest on not replacing it - just fixing it... for now. He really is the best!

Express Tech knocked it out of the park for us twice. When we moved into our home, we didn’t know our split level HVACs were on their last life. As they started to go, Doug and his team worked diligently with us to keep our systems afloat until they finally failed… Then, they came in and helped us negotiate the home warranty process and eventually we ended up with 2 new systems (Wow! Rare!). All thanks to Express Tech, the process was painless, and fast. I sincerely appreciate their team, professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help their customers. Not to mention their technicians were knowledgeable, willing to educate us on our systems and their issues, with zero pressure to purchase a service. Always a plus when I feel like I’m being treated like a human and not a number. I recommend them to everyone we know having HVAC issues, they’re a solid and honest company.
