I have been a falcon member for several months now and they’re great to work with. They’re honest, professional and knowledgeable . They’re all great , from their customer service reps to their technicians. Bert and Philip have come over for different problems we had. They took their time explaining everything they were doing. Definitely a company I will be using for many years to come.

Tito from Falcon recently performed routine spring preventive maintenance on the 15-month-old air conditioner in our new condominium. While he found nothing wrong, he patiently explained every step of the process he followed to ensure our system's performance in the months ahead. He even showed me the app that I could use to control our unit from my phone. Tito used shoe covers when he entered our home -- very impressive and appreciated. He is a credit to Falcon, which I highly recommend for HVAC service.

The service that we received was truly OUTSTANDING! We used other plumbers in the Woodbridge area and I must say Falcon is clearly head and shoulders better! Bert (plumber) fixed problems that other plumbers couldn't figure out. His "Can Do" attitude is un-matched and his customer service is excellent. He is just what we needed and explained everything with skill and dexterity.I would recommend this company to fix any plumbing issue you may have!

The Falcon team from sales/system consult to install was all great! They did a great job, and during nasty rain and wind for the condenser install! The complete professionalism and the attention to a clean work area (protected my floors for the furnace install) was well done and appreciated. The whole day install went well and I’m very pleased with the final product(s). Price was good too compared to other comparable quotes. Thanks team.

Scheduling for a review of the AC was easy. Kyle arrived on time and was professional, as always. We signed up for the yearly maintenance agreement as it is cost effective. Falcon is now our go to for HVAC and Plumbing needs!
