In my opinion, the person was indeed quite a jerk as other people have mentioned. He began to yell at me on the phone when we had an agreement then he went back on his agreement. They go by multiple company names so its misleading and confusing. I called the company to make sure they could do the work. They said yes. They then came over and didn't respond. Finally a month later they said I'll look for the part, then said they couldn't find it. They sent me pic of the model with the model number and said, they don't know the model number. They accepted they would refund the diagnostic because they couldn't fix it then the took the offer back and proceeded to yell at me. Heed the warning of the many others that have been duped or wronged. Don't be a sucker like the rest of us who mistaken their company name on a google for the aliases that actually have the bad reviews. Update: I ended up going with another repair company and they looked at the same model number sticker, pulled up the information and bam ordered the parts. They looked at the same sticker in the hood that Foremost Repair / My Appliance Tech did and had all the metadata including the year it was made. This was what Foremost Repair/My Appliance Tech was yelling at me that the sticker wasn't the model number even though it said "MODEL NUMBER" and its not his fault he can't fix it. So he took the money and ran blaming me for his lack of competence. He will likely reply to this to defend the poor business behavior but I would say look at yelp before you make a decision to go here. Don't take my word for it or theirs.

GREAT SERVICE, FAST!! Called yesterday morning and set up a service request. I was called back by Tony in less than 5 minutes! I have two appliances that crapped out on me recently and less than 45 minutes ago, Mr. Singh arrived at my door an already has my refrigerator fixed and my dryer is running! He also said everything i had done was under a 3 month warranty which is awesome!! Couldn't be happier!

Avoid at all costs. TL;DR: I’m out $500 to this company, even though they did nothing. They disappeared once they got my money, and I ended up having to buy a brand new fridge anyway. I had a refrigerator stop working, so I called My Appliances Tech. They claimed same day repairs, but once the inspector arrived, they stated they needed to purchase the part (a compressor) and come and visit the next day. I said that I had to be in the office the next day but was told their repair person was only available that day, and they would be going out of town after that, so the next day was the only option. On top of that I had to place a $500 deposit. When they returned they said the repair should be an hour. Two men sat around trying to diagnose a leak of the part they just installed, and it took over 3 hours for them to complete the installation. Additionally they tracked dirt all over our house. Additionally, we have had cleaning professionals help us with our house for years, and they treated them like absolute garbage. It was absolutely abhorrent. Once they finally finished installing the compressor, they claimed the compressor breaking was a symptom and that installing it may not fix the actual issue, so I should monitor the refrigerator to see if it started working the day after the replacement. Obviously, this was not something mentioned as part of the initial quote. And despite knowing the repairman was not available the day they wanted me to confirm the replacement worked, they didn’t provide an alternative to address that possibility. As it turned out, the refrigerator indeed did not start working, so I followed up to try to rectify the issue. I have followed up several times over the course of the following and left messages with their receptionist, but still to this day have not received a follow up, and I do not expect one. We ended up having to buy a brand new refrigerator and additionally eat the $500 deposit for a repair that did not work.

The Misters Singh of My Appliance Tech performed excellently. I called that company because of its high rating on the Internet. When I called, my questions were answered and a prompt appointment was arranged. They came and assessed the problem quickly, saying that a part had to be ordered. They were able to locate the part even though my oven is an old one for which I did not have a model number, as it was in the house when I bought the house. They scheduled the repair two days after their evaluation visit. The next day, they called to inform me that the part had been arrived. On the day of the oven repair appointment, they arrived even a little before time, being very aware that I had another appointment for which I had to leave. They tested the repaired item to demonstrate that the action taken had worked. I would highly recommend the Misters Singh of My Appliance Tech, Fairfax Office. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient.

Happy with the service provided today. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to repair the leak coming from the fridge water valve. Mr Singh asked for the fridge model number during our phone conversation. He was able to bring the correct part today and was able to fix the issue within an hour. He is polite and was never rude to his assistant while they were working. I also like that they put a protective sheet on the floor to avoid scratching the flooring and they carefully moved the fridge.
