Found a 3ft water stain on the kitchen ceiling 5 o'clock Friday night. Thomas Baker from HVAC and Plumbing Unlimited came out Saturday and found a small wood trim finishing nail had finally made its way to piercing the copper water pipe. Thomas made quick work of the repair and our water was restored. I'm a two year customer with HVAC and Plumbing Unlimited. This is a first class company. They have knowledgeable courteous technicians who explain their work. Thank you Thomas.

Knowledgeable, professional, timely and effective communicators with a great front office. My condo Mgmt turned me onto these guys and they were able to fix things in my boiler/chiller switch over system that most HVAC techs can't do. Will definitely continue to use and refer. I was very impressed with Norberto who diagnosed my issue and really took his time. Then Randy came and did the repairs, who also impressed me with his demeanor and skill set.

I chowed HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited because they had high reviews. I filled out the online request at 10pm and the next morning I received a response with a time slot for that day. They were accommodating around my schedule and gave me a 4 hour window that worked with my schedule. Randy called 30 minutes into the time frame and said he was 30 minutes away. Randy showed up right on time, was very informative, and had my HVAC unit back up and running in no time. Randy also did a full check on my system to ensure everything was working properly

I have had a service contract with HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited for many years and fortunately, I have never had a serious problem that needed an emergency call. I appreciate their customer service, their professional knowledge and behavior on their phone calls and their tech maintenance calls. Campbell was outmost professional. This was the second company we had come out and troubleshoot the problem. The first company gave up. Campbell would not leave until he figured out what the problem was. He figured it out and repaired it perfectly. Could not be happier with his service.
