They were professional, wore booties, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job in a timely manner. They have installed and serviced this house before I bought the house 2+ years ago. Gordon Waugh5 StarTed Leonard spent considerable time and effort discussing my needs and researching several alternative heating systems. He was very quick to respond to my queries. He tailored his communication to my level of knowledge. Ted identified a couple of flaws in my current venting design and had the technicians fix them.
The installers, Jose and Josh, were very friendly and happy to answer questions. The new gas furnace and integrated humidifier work perfectly. They wired everything correctly to my new smart thermometer (ecobee) which involved three new wires due to the added humidifier and dual-level furnace. Michele Zellers5 StarBrad came out and did the diagnostic. He let me know when he was on the way and when he was done he promptly let me know what was wrong (explained it well) and gave me a verbal estimate of the expected cost. Since he didn’t finish until just after 5, he has to check some things about the parts and will follow up with me tomorrow. Based on the limited contact, he was excellent.Wednesday 3rd April 2024
