Michael & Son did an outstanding job of servicing my new dual fuel heat pump system. After the original system installer did a poor job of installation, we noticed an odor when turning on the heating unit. Michael Parker found the dangerous issue... The original installer has left the low pressure service port on the propane conversion kit open!!! Fortunately, Michael & Son found and resolved this dangerous issue! I would highly recommend Michael & Son to anyone seeking professional HVAC services.

I’ve used many local hvac companies (both family owned and larger chains) and Michael and Sons has been the best experience. They are incredibly thorough, with detailed readings taken on both the indoor and outdoor units and many pictures taken to show the condition of the unit and any problems. I received 3 opinions before replacing my unit. Michael and sons provided the most detailed stats on my units output (compressor temp, head pressure, Freon levels, etc…can’t remember them all) and also found a loose wire near the air handler that the other techs from highly rated companies had missed. I was extremely happy with the install and subsequent visits.

Mike Parker came by to fix one of my AC units. I’d never been a Michael & Son customer before, but was pleased by today’s service. Mike was really thorough in his troubleshooting and testing before making his final recommendation to me. He made sure the unit was working before leaving and he didn’t pressure me into upgrading/buying more things. He did explain the membership plan, but was respectful when I said I’d discuss it with my husband before we make a decision. All in all, it was a great experience.

Technician Derrick K. Is fantastic- always on time, always willing to answer questions, always very thorough and efficient. Best service technician from Michael And Sons that we have ever had and we continue to request him by name for every HVAC inspection and service. He is an absolute credit to the company and is truly one of the nicest guys you’ll meet.

Diego Cajchun was excellent! He took the time to explain everything about the HVAC inspection to us and also explained the service plans available for future discounts on service and repairs. He left a pamphlet detailing all that we discussed. Diego is a GREAT example of what a M&S technician should be.
