Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment with a technician for a free estimate. The technician did not show up during the allotted time. After calling the office, he showed up an hour late. He could not clearly answer all of my questions, quoted me a price that was different than what was on the estimate sent to my email by a significant amount. Either he misspoke or the company decided to send me a higher price. Worst of all, he decided to drive his car on our grass when my wife had to get out to pick up my son since his van was blocking the driveway. Instead of pulling out of the driveway into the street, he decided to drive his van onto the grass at which point I had to run and tell him no. Made a mess on the grass and the driveway. Overall an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Can’t speak to the quality of their work.

We had used Nelson's to replace our AC/ Furnace about 10 years ago and were very pleased with the professionalism, quality of the work, and price. So now that we needed a new hot water heater, it was a no-brainer to reach out to Nelson's again. Once again, we are 100% satisfied with the service we received 👍👍👍

Scheduled to have someone come and run a diagnostic for an HVAC problem. They called prior to arriving which was great but no one bothered to call/communicate the results of the diagnostic. They sent a very vague and overpriced estimate for repair via email. Then daily emails started coming in asking to put my credit card on file even though I had not received an invoice for the diagnostic visit nor did I have any intention of approving their repair estimate. I started receiving messages from the office asking for payment. I called and asked for an invoice to be emailed for the diagnostic which they did send and I promptly paid online. Not sure if this is normal operations for them but it was a bad experience for me - I would not recommend this company.

Daniel Lopez is amazing - my first time using Nelson's and I am incredibly impressed. Daniel arrived early, diagnosed the problem quickly, communicated what he saw thoroughly and fixed it with videos to show me exactly what he did. Daniel is the nicest, most professional service-person I have ever dealt with. I will definitely use Nelson's going forward!

This is the third time that Daniel Lopez has provided outstanding service over the last year. Truly appreciate Nelson’s HVAC for doing proactive and quality maintenance. Super easy to schedule. Daniel provides great on site service every time.
