As a homeowner and landlord, I've consistently been able to rely on Ray because he's extremely professional and thorough. When my boiler started leaking in my new house, Ray came in the same day and made a fix while guaranteeing his work. When the problem persisted, Ray stayed true to his word and returned to diagnose the issue correctly. He went above and beyond by doing additional research and consulting with other experts in the field before returning to my house and fixing it at no additional cost. Throughout the process he answered all the questions that my husband and I had and explained what he was doing and why. At my rental condo, the 3-year-old water heater was randomly losing hot water for days at a time. Multiple contractors failed to diagnose or recreate the problem. Frustrated, I called Ray. He noted the diagnostic codes on the water heater and instructed my tenants to take a video of the code the next time the issue occurred. When Ray received the code, he returned, recreated the problem, and thoroughly explained the situation to my tenant, validating their concerns. Ray even contacted the water heater company to check if the part was under warranty. I appreciate Ray's effort and thoughtfulness because I never feel like I'm being cheated by him. He's knowledgeable, dedicated, and committed to finding the right solution. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Ray has been excellent when it comes to professionally handling repairs and maintenance work for my HVAC system. He takes time to break down and explain what the issue is, the possible option/recommendations and works with me based on my budget. I would highly recommend his services!

Ray did a great great job. Despite some hurdles with the wrong equipment being delivered (100% not Ray’s fault) Ray improvised and overcame the situation. He kept us informed the entire time. Above it all he was professional and very friendly. We would definitely hire him again.

Ramon was very impressive with the knowledge and info he provided during our HVAC replacement. I originally hired him for an air duct cleaning and once he looked at our system, he quickly got me up to speed at how old our system was (over 20 years). And gave me options on the different systems to upgrade to based on our budget. The flexibility of replacements and payment options were what sold us. I'm glad we stuck with him bc my wife and I were really happy with the new Carrier system that he was able to install in just a couple of days!!
