NOVA HVAC was an awesome company and I will continue to contact them for any hvac needs. The techs arrived the next day and provided efficient, quality service for my thermostat issue. Israel was very professional, honest, and had great communication. Highly recommend NOVA HVAC!!

I was renewing the passport of the woman who worked in the office. She was a woman, and there was no respect for the person. Then I called the police to make a report, and these people are not fit to serve people in this place.

NOVA-HVAC was assigned to me by my home warranty company to repair my furnace. The technician pointed to the burner and told me that the heat exchanger was cracked and the furnace needed to be replaced. The home warrant company would cover the replacement but the technician stated that I would have to pay an additional $2,000 for him to modify the existing electrical and gas connections. The technician didn’t actually examine the heat exchanger. He didn’t disassemble the furnace to view to heat exchanger. I requested a second opinion from the home warranty company and the second company confirmed that the heat exchanger was not cracked. The circuit board was broken and causing the issue.

I contracted with NOVA HVAC, LLC, through American Home Shield (AHS), to repair my HVAC system because it was running constantly. A repairman named Alex (Alex was courteous and punctual) came to my home to repair the unit. Upon inspection, he informed me that a part needed to be ordered and it would take approx. 1 week. After more than a week, I received notification from AHS that another contractor was now assigned to my repair claim. When I called to ask why, I was told that NOVA HVAC requested that it be transferred because they don’t work on this HVAC model. It would have been professional of them to notify me of that first. To date, no one from the company has called or responded to my phone message. I do NOT recommend that you use this company.
