Mason Chan5 StarMy heatpump ac was having issue for a while. I initially have another company come to check the unit and it took 2 weeks+ to schedule it, and then they said I need a new unit and quote me a 7k+ price. I then decided to reach out to Premier HVAC for a second opinion. They come on the same day to diagnose and said the compressor fan motor was broken and needs to be replaced, and also warned me that it might not fix the issue as the compressor might also will fail since it's been running without the fan motor, which might not be fixable since the unit is quite old that uses un-supported compressor / coolant. Anyways they replaced the fan, it ran for a while and, as what they have warned, the compressor failed. So I have to replace the whole unit. So they give me a quote, which is a lot cheaper than the other company, and they have it installed 2 days later. They have given me credited for the initial service call, the motor fan replacement. I'm very happy with their work, they communicate very well especially their enroute schedule so that I don't have to sitting at home to wait for them.
