Horrible service and customer service. We would not recommend this company for any home or business. Our brand new unit was installed about 2 years ago and have had issues ever since. About twice a year, entering the spring/summer months or the fall/winter months. It just went out again and we contacted Sammy and he told us to "call another company because he is so sick."

I first used Sammy and Tabora in the summer of 2018 when my 20+ year old AC unit died on me. Sammy was fantastic! He was responsive, on time, his pricing was reasonable, and he was great to work with. He makes you feel like he truly cares about you, fixing your issues, and making you happy. This past month I had an issue where my AC was on, the fan was running, but the house wasn't cooling down. I called Sammy, and within a few hours he called me back and showed up that same afternoon and repaired the AC unit. Again, he was professional and friendly, he talked to me about how much he cares about his customers, and his pricing was very reasonable considering the other quotes I was getting from other companies just for them to show up. I am a huge fan of Sammy and Tabora, and would highly recommend them to everyone I know. You won't go wrong with this company.

I called Tabora Air Conditioning and Heating company to replace my old R22 air conditioning system, they performed the work as scheduled. They are very professional, their service is excellent and the price is very reasonable and unbeatable. Sammy and his team are very reliable and pleasant to work with, they do their best to make customers happy. I am so happy with the new R410A air conditioning system that they installed for me, greatly appreciate Sammy and his team for the fantastic work!! I highly recommend this company and definitely will go back to them for all my HVAC service needs.

I was referred by my best friend to Samuel Tabora for my HVAC Air Conditioner needs. Samuel was prompt in his response and provided feedback by visiting my home. He was very professional and assessed the situation and informed me of my options to replace the compressor and coils with two different pricing. He was confident that I would not find any other company that would beat his price and time to install the system. Samuel told me to call at least three other companies to get quotes and then let him know my decision. Samuel was professional and pleasant to talk with and had a beautiful demeanor and attitude. Yes, I contacted two other companies and their cost was double Samuel’s fees and 4-days timeframe for installment. Samuel and his team arrived to my home on time and my new system was inputted within 3 1/2 hours. They cleaned up and was on their way. If you want a trustworthy company that offers a fair price and reliability, please contact Samuel immediately for he and his team service. I rate them a 5-Star without hesitation. Thanks.
