Furnace stopped working and I cleaned the gas sensor but the gas would not flow. Kim returned my call within a few minutes and was available to come right away. He immediately knew what to try and slightly adjusted the positioning of a connector. It worked right away and I have heat. Excellent service!

Called on NYE, desperate and freezing with a broken furnace. After calling 10 other places with answering services and giving them my info only to be told nobody can come out until tomorrow or the next day, Kim answered the phone and was so nice and professional. On top of that, it is a very reasonable price for a diagnostic and no extra fees for “emergency” or “after hours” or “holiday”. He showed up in under an hour and fixed my furnace. He explained everything to me and made sure he had the correct solution. He had the part on hand and fixed it within an hour! Fair prices. Excellent attitude and customer service. Fast response to an emergency call. I highly recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic service! I texted yesterday late afternoon and today at noon in the middle of the snow storm someone came. Mr. Kim spent a good hour and a half checking our system, explaining, trouble-shooting. He went above and beyond my expectation. And I was pleasantly surprised at the final cost. Can’t wait to get his quote for replacing some parts and have him return to fix our very old system. Highly recommend to anyone!!!

This is one of those increasingly rare trades people that is competent, timely, straightforward, and reasonably priced. I’ve had Kim come over and look at our unit several times. Each time he has been quick and thorough. He’s walked through exactly what he is doing and avoided anything that would be an up charge. He’s talked us out of work when it wasn’t necessary. He showed up the day we called and we were all fixed in several hours. I feel so comfortable having someone like him that we can trust.
