Update Jul 28, 2022: Tim and Sons continues to be an outstanding company. Utilized them to service my new home and replace the AC Unit. They are always very transparent and fair. The best way to describe Tim would be if you had a friend that was an expert in AC and you asked them for their help, that's the level of trust I have for their services. Don't hesitate to use this team! AC was broken so I contacted this company based on the Yelp and Google reviews. They were very responsive with their communication and kept me up-to-date the whole time the repair process was working. The technician who came out was very friendly and easy to talk with and answered all of our questions. AC was fixed pretty quickly and we are back to a nice cool house before the summer apocalypse here in DC, I would recommend this company.

I am so happy I found Tim and Sons. First, it is really hard to get same day service with an AC company in this area, every time I called Tim and Sons, I talked directly to Tim and I recieved same day service. Moreover, each time I called he showed a willingness to work around my schedule. He is also very honest and efficient with his work. He was able to diagnose my issue immediately and finding the parts was easy for him, while other companies had a hard time finding the parts. I trust Tim, and I now have a new favorite AC company. He takes the time to show you the issues, and gives tips on maintenance and prevention.

My AC died in my condo, called the last company who serviced it, they came over for five minutes, told me I needed to replace the whole unit for 6k I called Tim and Sons for a second opinion, he made himself available that same day came over and fixed it for less then 10% of what I thought I would have to pay. He is a miracle worker, came same day, worked late, and I paid a fraction of what I thought I would have too. He is so honest, I am a senior citizen, and he really showed compassion.

Tim is knowledgeable and was easy to schedule with. He was able to give me an idea of what might be wrong after I texted him some photos. When he came out he confirmed the issue was water condensation. I have an old school residential water chiller air conditioner that a lot of places do not service. Tim services them and does a great job. Another company wanted to replace the whole HVAC. Tim was able to add insulation to fix the problem at a reasonable price.

Be aware. I had a bad experience with this company. My heating system broke a few weeks ago. And after I searched I found this company. Two things made me chose to this company 1 st I read couple of good customer review the second one diagnostic fee was cheaper than other with is $49. The first day the person name Tim Le come and he look at it and they told me fan motor has to be change and part and labor cost me $1200. After he fixed it and left, a couple of hours later the heating system broke again. I called him he came back in the next day after he looked at it they told me the all system need to be change. It’s cost was around $4400. Then I decided to hear a second opinion. I called to Michael and Son’s company they came and the diagnoses the system and told me to pressure switch are bad need to be change. Cost around $180. I told him previous guys changed the motor fan and the problem was never solved. After, he shakes his head and he told me even the cost of that motor with labor in his company around $800. Finally he change that pressure switch almost now a week has passed and it works perfectly.
