I purchased a Groupon for UNIAIRE when the AC in my home was not working. Daniel Park was their within a few hours, communicated well upon his arrival and was punctual. He diagnosed the issue quickly, didn't recommend any expensive extra work and went the extra mile to help install my new thermostat. The work and professionalism was so excellent I recommended him to my job. His rates were better than his competitors and he came back, finished the job that day and now is the first company I call. I highly recommend UNIAIRE

Daniel Park of UNIAIRE is a scam artist. No clear written estimates on part or labor, will promise some thing and deliver another and bills fictitious charges . Be careful while dealing with him. Get clear written quotes and compare before getting the repair is done. Initially indicated that heat pump fan motor and blade need to be replaced for total price of $325, but replaced only fan blade that is around $35, but charged $325.

Purchased HVAC tune up on Groupon. Told the tech my unit was not blowing cold lately. After the tech worked on the unit, the entire unit conveniently stopped working. He told me it was $5500-6000 to replace. I called another company for a second opinion. They fixed the unit in 15 min and told me the UniAire tech loosened several of the connections. Scam artist! Beware

This guy is a world class theif!! He came to us for service once and told us the capacitor's life is ending and asked us to call him when the hvac stopped working. Today the hvac stopped working. We called him, he came to our house and without touching ANYTHING, the hvac started to work. He said I don't know the problem, but because I drove to your house, for gas price and my 3 employees I charge you 90 bucks!!! He charged us and left the house. This is the last time we call him.
