Walter's disregard for safety and inability to follow through on his promises demonstrate a profound lack of professionalism and integrity. In May 2023, Walter HVAC Services performed an installation of a new AC unit and furnace in my townhouse. When the winter season started, I noticed a strange smell while running the heating. It turned out Walter hadn't connected the furnace exhaust, leaving my household exposed to potential health hazards. It took him some time to stop by and fix the problem. In mid-December 2023, another problem arose. Two out of four AC condenser unit supports were broken due to a poorly placed foundation under the unit. Since then, I have been contacting Walter twice a week, asking him to fix his installation. Every time, he promised to come in the upcoming days. Four months later, the problem is still not resolved. I understand that mistakes can happen, but Walter is not the type of business owner who stands behind his work. These oversights not only reflect a lack of attention to details and professionalism but also endanger my family's health. I would strongly caution anyone considering Walter HVAC Services for their HVAC needs to think twice.

GREAT SERVICE! Spoke to Walter and he was there with his crew the very next morning. These guys came in and install a whole new system within hours! Highly recommend him and tell him Cristian sent you!

Hands down Best HVAC Company that I have ever dealt with. I came home from vacation to a house that was 85°F. I called Walter that morning and by that afternoon he was servicing my system which needed a new capacitor and 2 pounds of Freon. I love his honesty and integrity, which is a rare commodity nowadays. Walter was awesome! We woke up Christmas Eve with no heat. Our house was 41 degrees. He called us back right away and came that same day. He was professional and more than fair pricing , especially since it was a holiday. Would definitely recommend!

Walter was great - he helped me resolve a plumbing emergency on a rental unit while I was 500 miles away dealing with another emergency. He was on time to an after hours call, side parts weren’t immediately available he worked with my tenant to figure out a schedule to resolve that worked for her, regularly communicated status with me on the repair over several days, resolved the issue to my satisfaction, and was reasonably priced. I’d highly recommend Walter and will definitely be looking to him for future needs.
