Woody’s is reliable and a friendly service. I find them to be super over priced for their service and whereas most companies wave a service call fee if you use them to fix your issue Woody’s tacks it on still. They also have coupons on their website our service man never mentioned which would have been nice and helpful if applied. If you want great service and a friendly company and don’t mind paying a lot I would recommend them.

After interviewing 5 vendors, I purchased a Lenox Furnace, Heat Pump, Thermostat, a Mitsubishi Mini split, and a Bradford White Water Heater from Woody's Sudden Service, WSS. They came out on top because they had a great Checkbook rating and reviews, and they are a Lenox Premier provider. Also, the staff was exceptionally polite, very prompt in returning calls, and helped to create an educated consumer. I must call out 3 people - Adam, Steve, and Rebecca. Adam was fantastic! I am very analytical and wanted to understand the pros and cons of the various products. Adam has an incredible knowledge base and was able to compare and contrast every aspect of the various products with such patience that I was able to make an educated decision. Steve and the rest of the crew were polite. They kept me informed all through the installation process. They were concerned that I would be happy with the product and the company. Kudos! Rebecca, the Office Manager, was always cheerful, pleasant, and very well organized. After the installation was complete, I received a very thorough email explaining what was next - from inspections to warranties She answered questions I didn't even know to ask! I will definitly order my second HVAC system from Woody's Sudden Service. I feel extremely comfortable with the products and the company. They insured I was happy with all aspects of the process from sales to installation. This is rare. I highly recommend Woodys.

Woody's installed a new system for my office and they were phenomenal. Their work is excellent and the customer service cannot be beat. I always recommend Woody's to anyone looking for an HVAC company. Adam was my technician for the install and follow-up maintenance checks on the unit, he is fantastic, efficient and detail oriented. Can't say enough good things about Woody's Sudden Service!!

These guys are great. On time, polite, and thorough. They will not cheat you and tell you need anything you don’t. They explain everything they are doing and don’t mind if you watch. A really good service. And their schedule coordinator is as nice as can be. They are 100% worth getting.

Woody's installed my new HVAC system at the end of October and did a fantastic job. Alan, who worked with us throughout, was very helpful in finding the right system that fit our needs. He was very responsive with questions during our selection process and found a great deal on a high-end system. Afterwards, our new HVAC system is fantastic, and we are very happy with the service!
